Open Poin

You have probably heard about unique alternative treatment methods such as Su Jok, which is a Korean variety of acupuncture.

If you are not familiar with Su Jok, then the main difference from Chinese acupuncture is that Su Jok is very comprehensible and logic. And Su Jok is not only a treatment modality with a main purpose to find painful zones or trigger points and then massaging or inserting needles in it, but it is a large source of knowledge and treatment methods which are very effective. Just to name a few: magnetotherapy, seed therapy, nail therapy, acupuncture and reflexotherapy on correspondence zones, byol meridians, and color therapy, which can be studied and mastered by all people for themselves, their families and friends.

One of such methods of Su Jok is the method called the Open-point method or biorythmical acupuncture (chronopuncture), and we will explain more about it on this page.

This method can be used both by professionals for individual and group treatment as well as any person can use the Open-point method for curing himself, family or friends.

Traditional medicine has known for a long time that the human body is closely connected with the circadian cycle. Western medicine also came to a conclusion that all vital processes in the body are under the control of rhythmical cycles.

According to the theory of Chinese acupuncture, to which Su Jok is directly relevant and comes from, our body has 12 main organs and meridians connected with them. Every organ has its own active and passive period of work during a day, and every organ is active within 2 certain hours and then another organ and meridian become active; in such way the periods of active and passive work of each organ is observed. It is possible to tell that our body works as a clock and all processes in it are inevitably connected with circadian rhythms.

You can see the table with active periods of meridians and organs.

  • Lungs: 3-5 a.m.
  • Large intestines: 5-7 a.m.
  • Stomach: 7-9 a.m.
  • Spleen: 9-11 a.m.
  • Heart: 11a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Small intestines: 1-3 p.m.
  • Bladder: 3-5 p.m.
  • Kidneys: 17-19 p.m.
  • Pericardium: 19-21 p.m.
  • Triple Heater: 21- 23 p.m.
  • Gall Bladder: 23 p.m. – 1 a.m.
  • Liver: 1-3 a.m.

When certain organs are active, then a certain point is “open” on the given meridian and this point can be better influenced by treatment procedures with powerful results. It treats overall body, and more precisely, adjusts the balance between the meridians therefore promoting further recovery of the meridians’ functions as well as the organs connected to them.

There is a whole concept and algorithm of calculating the biologically active point, and it is necessary to have knowledge to calculate this yourself. We will not cover the specific details of calculating as Su Jok professionals understand it but others will hardly go into the depth of details of how to calculate Sky and Earth branches and other things which are necessary to learn and memorize first and then apply this knowledge for calculating the biologically active points in the body. And actually, there is no need for doing this as it can be done automatically by pressing a couple of buttons and viewing on the screen the location of the open point.

The history of Open Point v.2.0 program began when we started our Su Jok practice in order to make things easier and convenient for ourselves and for others. Open Point software was first established due mostly to our own needs for fast calculations of the biologically active points to treat our patients and it was the first software to appear in our full range of software we now have available. We have put our knowledge and skills together to develop this helpful software for calculating the open points thus making it a very efficient method of treatment and therefore more accessible, not only to acupuncturists and alternative medicine practitioners but also to any person interested in but not necessarily proficient or experienced in Oriental Medicine.

How is the software useful for CAM practitioners?

  • - Automated calculation of the open point where is no need to spend a lot of time for calculating it by yourself;
  • - The Open-point method can be used as an independent treatment method;
  • - Chronopuncture and the Open-point software can be used as an additional method of treatment to the ones used by a practitioner.
  • - The Open Point software can be used for an individual as well as group treatment sessions for several people.
  • - Chronopunture allows for increased treatment efficacy and contributes to improved preventive measures.
  • - The software Open Point has additional functions such as Mjeng acupuncture – enabling a practitioner to treat the roots of disease by starting the treatment process from the day it appeared (even if it happened a while ago). Also built into the software are magnet therapy and color therapy – increasing your range of helpful, efficient alternative therapy tools.

Why Open Point can be useful for common people:

  • - You don’t have to be an acupuncturist to use this program and know how to insert needles, as the Open-point method uses only one micro-needles, which are inserted perpendicularly.

All you need is a special injector to insert the needle (or you can do it manually) and our software Open Point v.2.0 to calculate the biologically active point.

  • - You can use the software Open Point v.2.0 for yourself and for your family and friends while having fun and experiencing improved health with chronopuncture sessions together.
  • - Open point software can be used for treatment and preventive care.
  • - Having purchased the software once, you won’t need to buy any additional remedies or biologically active additives again and again to keep your body’s energy balanced.

General advantages of using Open Point:

  • • The software Open Point for chronopuncture can be used by all specialists of alternative medicine, not only by Su Jok doctors. All that you need is the injector for inserting the needles and micro needles, or alternatively, you can do it inserting the needle manually.
  • • Doctors of Western medicine, allopath doctors, can use the method of chronopuncture as well. This method opens perspectives of using the software Open Point together with pharmacological remedies in hospitals, policlinics, or private doctors, etc.
  • - It is easy and convenient to determine the optimal time for influencing an organ in question based on the meridian connected with this organ. For example, if a patient has hypertension, by determining an open point on the heart meridian, it is possible to conduct treatment in the optimal time for a patient with greater efficacy. - Chronopuncture can be used as non-medicine treatment modality being a pure natural and holistic modality.
  • - Chronopuncture can be used as non-medicine treatment modality being a pure natural and holistic modality.

The Open-point method is a relevantly non-painless way of inserting needles so that the patient feels very little discomfort.
